Its a good budget hotel. The Front office staff is very helpful. Rooms are spacious. the basic amenities are there in the room. Breakfast options are limited. Room service is very good and very prompt. There is free parking available. Its a very budget friendly hotel. This is an old property and it is evident from the interiors. The bathroom is ok .

Mr. Parmeshwar sahu, Ms. Neelima Singh, Ms Pemin, Mr. Bhoj Kumar Vatsal and team has good coordination. They welcome their guest with smile. Stay was also comfortable. Restaurant service and food is also good. Hotel can improve their room's by adding washroom exhaust. Overall great. Thanks 😊

It is ok type hotel. Hot water issue is there. Breakfast options are also limited. No electric kettle in room. Better to avoid if you have small children. Car service is good. Front office is also good. Overall this is old hotel. As you enter, you can feel the same.

NEVER STAY AT JINDAL REGENCY RAIGARH! IT'S THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED. I've stayed in this hotel for one day. Booked deluxe room. Rooms are okay but very old fashioned decor. No modern amenities available in room such as tea/coffee maker, hair dryer etc. Window ac installed at lowest part of the room which cannot cool the air adequately. Room service is very slow. Expect a delay every time you ask for a minimum service. Buffet breakfast has 6-7 spreads and quality is good. The worst part I faced at the time of checkout. I was in MAP plan of certain amount & consumed less than that amount. But at the time of billing, they literally looted partial amount & billed. I have tried to let them understand but they didn't care. One customer they have lost that's what I can add.
